Someone You Look Up to in the Industry: Kim Post, DNP, MBA, RN; Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer. I met Kim early in my career during a leadership development course. She demonstrated how to grow within a company. As of today, she has moved from staff nurse to executive through her 30-year tenure. During this time, Kim also continued her education while working eventually receiving her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University. My admiration of Kim comes from her process illumination of growing from within a company. My 15-year leadership career with HonorHealth is inspired by the vision of being a 30-year tenured executive.
Favorite Hobby: Traveling with wife and two sons. We love spending time at any beach in Southern California. There is something about watching the waves that helps reset my mind and rejuvenate my spirits.
