Someone You Look Up to in the Industry: There are so many amazing people in our industry, but there are 2 people that came to mind right away. Stephen Kovach was the first person I ever saw speak at a conference when I was about 23 years old. He had the most passion I had ever seen anyone have about the sterile processing industry and that still sticks with me to this day. He is one of the G.O.A.Ts of the SPS world. The second person is Natalie Lind. Whether she knows it or not, she was a mentor to me in this industry and offered me chances to help with editing publications and even being in some pictures within the publications I was helping with. She always encouraged me and for that I am grateful.
