As part of the comprehensive Hailie solution, Adherium’s portal for healthcare professionals and clinicians uses Bluetooth wireless technology to provide data collection and reporting from Hailie sensors. The platform supports engagement between healthcare professionals and patients by enabling sharing and monitoring usage.
Skin-safe eye protection
The Med-Eye Pillow is a new alternative to adhesive tape for patients in the ICU or undergoing OR surgery. The eye pillow keeps eyes gently closed without the risk of eye desiccation or injury, such as corneal abrasions, eyelash tears, skin irritations and other damage caused by sticky medical adhesive. The Medical Eye Pillow is designed to rest over both eyes and the bridge of the nose where it provides enough pressure to keep the lids closed, yet can be lifted, and discarded instantly. It is made with small non-irritating silicone pellets encased in a porous, breathable material. Each box contains ten individually wrapped single-use pillows to be used in conjunction with an eye lubricant.
