There are nine recipients of the award this year, including healthcare organizations in Singapore and Saudi Arabia.

The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) Accreditation Program team has announced the recipients of the 2024 NCPD Premier Award.

The organization describes this year’s winners as “exceptional organizations that successfully leveraged NCPD interventions to demonstrate a return on investment that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.” The winners include the American Nurses Association, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center – Nursing Professional Development Continuing Education, and UC Davis Health – Center for Professional Practice of Nursing.

The winning organizations are recognized as award winners for a two-year period. Jennifer Graebe, Senior Director of Nursing Continuing Professional Development and Joint Accreditation Programs at ANCC, highlights that they are “recognizing two international healthcare organizations—one in Singapore and the other in Saudi Arabia” as part of this year’s cohort.

The NCPD Accreditation Program was founded in 1974 and “remains the largest…program in nursing accreditation standards.”
