The consortium is now made up of 11 members who are collaborating to advance healthcare innovations.

Vanderbilt Health Professional Solutions has joined the Digital Consortium, which is an “alliance of leading health systems brought together by Aegis Ventures focused on collaborating to advance innovation.”

The Consortium now counts eleven members among its ranks. Vanderbilt Health itself has “established a strong track record of accelerating healthcare innovations through collaborations such as the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network and most recently the Alliance for Genomic Discovery.”

This partnership grants Vanderbilt Health “an additional channel to engage in and support health system-led companies, while working within a collaborative environment focused on patient care quality and effective delivery.”

Health Professional Solutions itself is a “for-profit holding company with a portfolio of subsidiaries, including Vanderbilt Health Rx Solutions and the Center for Patient and Professional Advocacy, that works to incubate, develop and launch new commercial products.” They will work alongside other consortium members to “identify key health care challenges and codevelop targeted solutions that improve patient outcomes and health care efficiency.”
