On Jan. 23, the American Hospital Associated published a “Trailblazers” report entitled, “Streamlining Supply Chain Practices as Health Systems Expand.” The report identifies ways that hospitals and health systems have been successfully combatting today’s supply chain challenges.
A press release on the report says that “These organizations are focusing on three key areas: people, processes and technology to help standardize operations, eliminate redundancy and increase operational efficiency.”
