Post-COVID Transformation Toolkit to drive enhanced operations for Intalere members
Intalere has introduced the Post-COVID Transformation Toolkit featuring solutions, contracts and educational assets to help members recover from the devastating effects of the coronavirus.
“During this complex, unique time of recovery, the world is transitioning to an era of new realities as a result of the pandemic,” said Steve Einig, Senior Vice President, Engagement for Intalere. “We assembled this toolkit because healthcare providers face unique challenges as they reopen and adapt to new market forces that are profoundly changing patient care and business operations.”
The toolkit is built around three pillars of engagement:
· Financial Operations – Providers need to make up for lost revenue and depleted cash flow. The toolkit highlights payment solutions, process automation, cash flow acceleration and more to help accelerate financial recovery while laying the groundwork for future profitability.
· Physical Operations – Resources focused on creating a safe environment adhering to new guidelines and saving on supplies like PPE, curtains and plexiglass, air filters, lab testing supplies and more.
· Virtual Operations – The pandemic accentuated the need to offer patient care in secure virtual environments. The toolkit offers telemedicine solutions increasing convenience and access to care, custom-tailored IT solutions including computer hardware procurement, data security, patient/staff communications and IT optimization.
Among the new educational assets available as part of the toolkit is Season Four of Intalere’s Illuminated Path podcast series, featuring focused Recovery Resource discussions on:
· Leveraging Automation to Ease COVID-19 Challenges
· Cash Acceleration Solutions to Mitigate Financial Challenges During and After the COVID-19 Pandemic
· Reviewing Your Insurance Lines to Find Savings as Part of Your Financial Recovery Strategy
· Improving Cash Flow and Margins Through Payments Processing
“Our mission is about helping providers unlock valuable cost savings, improve operations, and free up resources so that their teams can focus on what matters most – patient care,” said Einig. “This toolkit brings healthcare provider organizations – including long-term care, senior living facilities, urgent care facilities and hospitals – a comprehensive, curated best practice package to navigate healthcare ecosystem transitions due to COVID-19.”
