James Russell, RN, MBA, CVAHP, FAHVAP, is the Director of Value Analysis at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, located in Houston, Texas. He is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience in three disciplines: Critical Care, Psychiatry, and Supply Chain Value Analysis.
