Hands-free, self-service, temperature screening

The welloStationX from wello is a hands-free, self-service, temperature screening technology designed to help facilities discretely identify people with elevated temperatures. Using infrared technology, a person’s temperature is taken in three seconds and an “I’m Wello” identification sticker with the time, date and photograph is dispensed for temperatures below the threshold (Default < 99.5°F). When a temperature above the threshold is detected, no sticker is issued, and an alert, including a photograph of the person scanning, is sent to facility personnel. The technology identifies potentially infectious persons without risk to healthcare staff, notifies healthcare personnel of individuals who may be contagious, and reduces risk of infection by keeping potentially ill persons away from at-risk patients.
