Fortified Health Security Starts Advisory Board to Address Cybersecurity Challenges
Fortified Health Security has announced the formation of “the Fortified Advisory Board (FAB), a group of healthcare industry executives who share a common goal: Using their experience and expertise to address the IT and cybersecurity challenges facing hospitals and healthcare organizations today.”
The FAB “convenes representatives from healthcare organizations across the United States. The group comprises executive IT leaders, including Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), as well as CTOs and ISOs.”
The FAB will have a term length of 24 months and meet “quarterly to discuss emerging threats and vulnerabilities, review legislative and regulatory updates, and identify collaborative solutions for scaling and strengthening cybersecurity preparedness and resiliency in healthcare organizations.”
